Osaka opened on February 27th, 2004 in Odessa Texas. Our Chef has over 10 years of experience in this type of restaurant and felt that is was time to open his own. Gathering the best professional Chef's from all over Texas in the field, Osaka Japanese Steakhouse was born. History Of Osaka
Toyotomi hideyoshi built Osaka-jo in 1583. Hideyoshi designed the most formidable castle ever built in Japan. One large moat surrounded the whole castle, with only two ways to cross it. One of those was a small bridge that could be easily defended or destroyed if necessary.
